Presenter Registration

Please note that all presenters are required to register for the full conference programme and pay the conference registration fee in full.
There are different presenter registration options:

Option 1: 275€ (No accommodation)

The fee includes access to all sessions, conference pack, certificate of attendance and presentation, lunch and refreshments during the day programme, welcome cocktail, five-star gala dinner, and the publication of paper manuscripts in supporting journals. Trips and sightseeing are not included in the fee.

Option 2: 385€ (With double room accommodation)

The fee includes half board three-day accommodation (based on two sharing a double room) at the conference hotel, access to all sessions, conference pack, certificate of attendance and presentation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, welcome cocktail, five-star gala dinner, and the publication of paper manuscripts in supporting journals. Trips and sightseeing are not included in the fee.
Please clearly indicate while registering who you would like to share your room with or your intention and preferences for a blind pairing in a double room. 

Option 3: 466€ (With single room accommodation)

The fee includes half board three-day accommodation (based on a single occupancy) at the conference hotel, access to all sessions, conference pack, certificate of attendance and presentation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, welcome cocktail, five-star gala dinner, and the publication of paper manuscripts in supporting journals. Trips and sightseeing are not included in the fee.

Option 4: 250€ (Virtual Presentations)

The fee includes online access to all broadcasted sessions, certificate of attendance and presentation, and the publication of paper manuscripts in supporting journals.

Extra Papers: 100€ each

Authors with additional paper(s) are required to pay a cost share of 100€ for the inclusion of their extra paper in the programme and their publication.

Audience / non-presenting participant registration fees:

200€ (No accommodation)
300€ (With double room accommodation)
375€ (With single room accommodation)

Cancellation Policy of the Registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Bilkon Turizm Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund: in case of cancellation received before March 20, 2018
No refund: in case of cancellation, received after March 20, 2018

or by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) to be arranged during the secure online registration. A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange any payment, wire transfer or credit card. The paid amount should appear in the paid coloumn in case of successful online payment. Manual card charges and bank wire transfers are to be credited in your "Paid" coloumn only after receipt payment.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. Bilkon Turizm Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau.

On site registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in Euro. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.


Further Registration Information and Guidelines

  • If a presentation has more than one author, at least one author must register within 2 weeks after notification to be included into the programme.
  • As there are limited presentation slots, GlobELT 2018 will be able to host a MAXIMUM of THREE papers by the same presenter’s name.
  • Please note that we are UNABLE to accept on-site registration for presenters and we cannot include unregistered papers in the programme.
  • Please also note that we are UNABLE to issue certificates of attendance and presentation for unregistered presenters.
  • When you make the payment, please scan the payment receipt and email it to us at kongre@bilkonturizm.com.tr by indicating your paper ID number(s).
  • A refund of registration and/or conference fee is possible for presentations only until March 20, 2018 when the conference programme is due to be finalized and final reservations are confirmed with the conference hotel.
  • We regret to inform that it is not possible for us to refund conference fees after March 20, 2018.
